On ordering a package will be sent to you to enable you to forward the small amount of ashes required to make your jewellery. Any remaining ashes will be returned. Please note, we only require A SMALL TEASPOON of ashes. Return in the plastic bag provided with your order number. An envelope is also provided with a stamp for posting. Please do not put too many ashes into the envelope or it could cause delays.
