Production, personalisation and shipping times

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders. We aim to send your order the same day or next day. However, sometimes your item may take longer to produce and therefore you may receive your item in 5 working days. 

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. 

For collection of goods, you will be notified when your order is ready. A convenient time can then be arranged at a mutually convenience date and time.  Collection address is 84 Titchfield Road, Stubbington, Hampshire, PO14 2JE.

Occasionally certain items may be unavailable at time of purchase - we will notify you should there be any issues advising of estimated delivery dates.

Personalisation

All items will be personalised EXACTLY as you have written, so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. The majority of our products are case sensitive, however some typefaces used are styled in capitals as a default. Personalised products can only be returned and refunded if they are faulty. We are unable to alter any personalisation once your order has been submitted.
