Jumbo Viennese whirls

Thanks to my wonderful regular customers, I’ve been having lots of fun creating new flavour combinations — and the result is a deliciously indulgent selection of Viennese Whirls!  This is a box of four delicious cakes. Choose your favourite flavour or try four different flavours.

Blackcurrant jam with vanilla buttercream filling 

Ingredients - Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Vanilla extract - Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract. Butter - Butter (Milk), Salt (1.5%) . Lemon Curd with vanilla buttercream filling Ingredients - Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Raspberry Jam with vanilla buttercream filling

Biscoff buttercream and caramel filling

 Ingredients - Biscoff flavour with caramel centre - Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Vanilla extract - Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract. Butter - Butter (Milk), Salt (1.5%) . Caster sugar,  Cornflour, Vanilla extract Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract, Icing sugar. Glucose-Fructose syrup, caramel 33%. Biscoff smooth cream - Caramelised Biscuits 58% ( Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm*, Rapeseed), Candy Sugar Syrup, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Soya Flour, Salt, Cinnamon), Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Emulsifier (Lecithins (Soya)), Acid (Citric Acid), *Palm Oil from sustainable and certified plantations. Glycerine (Humectant: E422) Water Modified Starch (Tapioca) Colours: Quinoline Yellow (E104)*, Brown HT (E155)

Caramel buttercream with caramel filling

 Ingredients Icing sugar. Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Vanilla extract - Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract. Butter - Butter (Milk), Salt (1.5%) . Caster sugar,  Cornflour, Vanilla extract Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract, Icing sugar.  Glucose-fructose syrup, caramel 33%. Humectant: E422, Thickener: E551, Colours: E133 (Brilliant blue), E155 (Brown HT), E102 (Tartrazine), E171 (Titanium Dioxide). E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Lime and lemon with vanilla buttercream filling 

Ingredients Lime and lemon flavour - Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Vanilla extract - Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract. Butter - Butter (Milk), Salt (1.5%) . Caster sugar,  Cornflour, Vanilla extract Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract, Icing sugar. Sugar, Water, Lemon Peel, Concentrated Lime Juice, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Acid: Citric Acid, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates, Lime Oil, Colours: Lutein, Copper Chlorophyllin, Lemon Oil, Prepared with 10g of Lemon and 10g of Lime per 100g, Total Sugar. content 65g per 100g  Glycerol, Propylenen, E422, Glycol, E551, Food colour; E102,  E155, E133, E122

Coffee buttercream with caramel filling

Chocolate buttercream with Dubai pistachio cream filling 

Ingredients - Chocolate and Pistachio Cream - Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Vanilla extract - Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract. Butter - Butter (Milk), Salt (1.5%) . Caster sugar,  Cornflour, Vanilla extract Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract, Icing sugar, cocoa powder, pistacios vegetable anhydrous, oil skim milk powder, whey powder, lechitin, vanillin, roasted shredded wheat. Humectant: E422 Glycerol, Thickener: E551 Silica, Colour: E102 (Tartrazine) E153 (Carbon black), E155 (Brown HT). *E102, E104 may have an adverse effect on activity, attention in some children.
