When you have placed your order you will be sent an envelope to enable you to send the ashes to me for completion of your order.  Please only send a small teaspoon full of Ashes.  This is plenty.  Any more and the postal costs will rise, resulting in the delay of your item being completed and returned to you.  Complete the label on the bag with the details requested and then return to me. Your item will be completed within 3/4 weeks of your order date (depending on when the ashes arrive).  However, if you need an item quickly then please contact me and we can fast-track your order.
